I was brought in to head up a project redefining the digital presence of Jack Wills. A complete overhaul not just in terms of design but the internal processes and development cycles too. Rebuilding the site for a multi device audience, there was great scope to bring the site up to the same standard as the instore experience. This brief covered not only the online redesign and rebuild, but looked at the internal digital processes, tone of voice and long term digital strategy.
